Subscriptions

Otium is sold as a monthly or yearly subscription, or as a one-time Lifetime purchase. You can cancel a subscription anytime from your account or your payment provider; your access continues until the end of the period you already paid for, and you are not charged again.

Free trial instead of refunds

Monthly and yearly subscriptions start with a 7-day free trial, so you can try every feature before paying anything. Cancel before the trial ends and you are never charged. Because the trial is your time to decide, subscription payments — including the first payment after the trial, renewals and partial (unused) periods — are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by law. Cancelling stops future renewals but does not refund the current period.

Lifetime: 14-day money-back guarantee

Lifetime is a single payment that never renews and has no free trial. If you are not happy with your Lifetime purchase, contact us within 14 days of the payment and we will refund it in full — no questions asked.

How to request a refund

Email chercheuse.du.feu@gmail.com from the address on your account. Refunds are issued to your original payment method via our payment provider.
