Subscriptions
Otium is sold as a recurring subscription. You can cancel anytime from your account or your payment provider; your access continues until the end of the period you already paid for, and you are not charged again.
14-day money-back guarantee
If you are not happy with your first subscription payment, contact us within 14 days of that payment and we will refund it in full — no questions asked.
Renewals & partial periods
Renewal payments and partial (unused) periods are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by law. Cancelling stops future renewals but does not refund the current period.
How to request a refund
Email chercheuse.du.feu@gmail.com from the address on your account. Refunds are issued to your original payment method via our payment provider.
